Knife N’ Sharp opened for business in 2015 with the goal of providing a high quality edge on knives, scissors, and garden tools for the local community.

Owner Bernie Engels sharpens most types of knives, including single bevel Asian blades, serrated blades, bread knives, and pocket knives, along with a variety of garden tools. He prides himself on quality edges he creates, specific to each customer’s needs. They provide “sharp knives for those who love to cook AND those who hate to cook, but want sharp knives when they do.” Customers are welcome to bring their kitchen knives to the Holland Farmers Market and stop by the booth to get them sharpened while they shop!
